As part of our efforts in improved QA processes, we are excited to bring forward "Bug Trail" to provide you a better bug tracking experience. As an Independent Validator for software products, we required a good bug reporting and tracking tool. The bug tracking tools in the market didn't have some of the key features like Automatic System Parameter capture, configurable tracking structure and a good User Interface.
