Introduction: inCAD messenger is a tool which will help you in sending messages through AutoCAD environments. If you work within a network, and in a team on one or more tasks to boot, with xref drawings placed on server, this program will assist you in sending messages on time and informing your colleagues about changes occurring at the project. inCAD messenger has a very simple installation procedure, split for server and local computer. Basic program is placed on server, and local computers have merely routine installed, that recalls basic program. This enables a simple build-up on the new program version, for entire procedure unfolds on the server, whereas local computer receives just a notice on build-up. inCAD messenger work consists of two steps. Datafiles the notices are written in are created on server. As soon as AutoCAD is started, inCAD messenger, too, is started on client’s side, checking server datafiles, comparing them with messages already read, and informing the user in case of a change, showing him the most recent notice. inCAD messenger enables a selective message sending, according to projects, topic, working groups and so on.
